# WeRecover Essentials — Kit Introduction Video · Production Outline

Version 1 · 2026-09-28 · Runtime **14:48.3** · 1920×1080, 30 fps, H.264/AAC · Built for WeShape (Coach Tyler Bramlett)

This file describes the finished edit shot by shot, so another editor or AI video tool can rebuild or improve it from the same source.

## 1. Goal

A 5–15 minute sales and motivational introduction to the **WeRecover Essentials Kit** that plays in the hero of the product page. The viewer should finish it:
1. Understanding *why* they feel tight and stuck (knots and trigger points, fascia that stops gliding, under-recovering).
2. Trusting that Tyler personally uses and vetted these three tools.
3. Knowing *how* to use each tool gently (chair and bed options, start light).
4. Knowing exactly what's in the box and what it costs ($297, valued at $690, plus 3 live follow-along sessions).
5. Feeling motivated: this is about their world getting bigger again, not about gadgets.

**Audience:** WeShape's audience, mostly 50+, stiff and achy, many unable or unwilling to get on the floor. Tone: warm, calm, encouraging and honest. Not hype.

## 2. Source material

**Excluded on purpose:**
- Red light belt and panel (45:00–58:00, plus mentions in the offer and Q&A). They are not in this kit.
- The Complete and Ultimate bundles.
- Launch scarcity ("only 200 available", "through Sunday"). It is no longer true.
- Audience call-outs ("where are you joining from").
- **Every webinar slide.** Many slides showed stock people, red-light teasers or the old "You Pay $297 / Save $393" graphic that made the saving read like a price. Wherever slides were on screen, the picture is replaced with B-roll and Tyler's audio keeps playing.
- Spoken launch wording was trimmed: "as a part of this launch for our WeRecover Masterclass" is cut out of the price line.

## 3. Structure (6 parts)

| Part | Time | Purpose | Beats |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open | 0:00 | Hook and promise | "My favorite tools… feel significantly better… in minutes a day." Who it's for. "No such thing as overtraining, only under-recovering." |
| 1 · Why you feel stuck | ≈1:01 | Name the problem, remove blame | Trigger points (the string demo explanation) and fascia that stops gliding ("cobwebs", "creaky") |
| 2 · Why these tools | ≈2:28 | Trust | Litmus test: "Do I use it every week? Would I give it to my mom?" Tested a dozen rollers to find the sturdiest one |
| 3 · Meet the kit | ≈3:05 | Product intro | WeRoll for the big muscles, plus 5 knee surgeries and the $150–$200 bodywork comparison. WeRelease for small spots ("if I could bring one thing"). WeRevive in bed. Why vibration makes pressure tolerable |
| 4 · How to use them | ≈5:58 | Teach and demo | Rules: set the pace, stay 30–60 s, go slow. Calf and thigh roll demos (bed and towel option), ball in a chair and under the foot, massage device in bed, the three-tool routine, start on setting 1, no floor needed |
| 5 · What it's really about | ≈11:03 | Motivation | "Your world starts to shrink…" and recovery unlocks moving freely |
| 6 · Everything in the box | ≈11:47 | Offer and close | Essentials contents, $690 → $297, who it's for, the 3 live sessions (Roll-Out, Deep Release, In-Bed Reset), "it's not the tools, it's feeling better", integrity, "your body deserves the support", end card |

## 4. Shot list (the actual timeline)

Essentially what this is, is it's a segment of your muscle tissue where the nerve energy didn't fully turn off, and it creates this knot, right? And I've got this string right here I want to show you so that you can understand exactly what this means, right? So if I have a nice, smooth muscle, then I have no knots in it. And that means I've got full length in the muscle as I go back and forth. Now, if I have a trigger point, I have a literal knot inside that muscle where that muscle tension is holding, and it's not able to release, okay? Now, if we do the right things, if we do trigger point release, then what can happen is that knot can untie itself, and you'll gain range of motion and smoothness back.” |
| 1:47.1 | 38.7s | 21:25.2–22:04.0 | **Fascia glide.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: card “q-fascia”; webinar demo 34:22.0–34:34.0 (muted, zoom 1.0x); weroll-quad-closeup-in-use; tyler-roll-quad | “you can think about this as these, like, bags that surround all of your muscles. It's like this 3D matrix that holds your entire body together. And in between the muscles, this fascia, what it's supposed to do is supposed to glide like this real smoothly, right? And there's this nice lubricant in between the muscles that makes the muscles glide. So every time I move my arms or every time I move my body, the fascia is supposed to glide smoothly. Now, if I don't move my body through ranges of motion for a long time, maybe because I got injured, maybe because I got trigger points or some other reasons, then that gliding becomes less smooth. And all of a sudden, it's more like if I put a bunch of cobwebs between your muscles and it feels really creaky.” |

And my litmus test for this whole thing is, do I use it? Do I use it every week or possibly every day? If so, I'm going to share it with my community. Second thing was, would I give it to my mom or my children and recommend they use it too? Yes, I absolutely would.” |
| 2:50.8 | 11.5s | 1:20:01.5–1:20:13.0 | **Quality testing.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “I took the time to literally order about a dozen of these and make sure that I found the one that I felt like was the best.” |

This is a really incredible tool for reducing tension from the trigger points. It can help improve that fascial glide. It can help movement feel so much easier and so much more natural. But I'll be honest with you, most people use a foam roller completely wrong, right? They” |
| 3:20.1 | 56.1s | 26:10.9–27:07.0 | **Knee story + cost of bodywork.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: card “q-knee”; tyler-weroll-prone-quad-roll-living-room; webinar demo 35:00.0–35:10.0 (muted, zoom 1.25x); product sizzle 9.4–12.0s; tyler-portrait; tyler-roll-quad | “And as someone with five knee surgeries under his belt, I know what it's like to wake up one day and have no idea why my knee feels like it's filled with rust and it doesn't move properly. Like what the heck is going on there? And before I knew what I'm going to share with you today, before I had these tools, I just have to do some stretches and movements and just kind of deal with it. Some days it would feel better, some days it would feel okay, some days it wouldn't really feel that much better. But with these tools, I'm able to make it feel better every single time in literally minutes. And this is huge because other ways to do this, soft tissue relief, go find an amazing body worker, go find an amazing massage therapist. But here's the deal, those things can cost you $150, $200 per session. And that means you have to wait to get the relief. And today what I want to teach you is that you can put that power in your own hands and you can get that relief right away.” |
| 4:16.2 | 32.9s | 27:19.0–27:52.0 | **WeRelease intro.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: werelease-product-studio; tyler-werelease-seated-calf-roll; product sizzle 19.4–21.6s; webinar demo 37:44.0–37:51.0 (muted, zoom 1.0x); tyler-ball-foot · Lower third: `lt-ball` | “Now a massage ball is great because it's smaller, you can dig into more specific areas, you can use a massage ball on the ground, you can use it on a chair, you can use it just with your hand. So there's ways to make using a massage ball more comfortable, but you can dig into areas of your body that you can't dig into when it comes to just the foam roller alone. And this is awesome, this is literally, if I go on a vacation and the only thing I'm allowed to bring is one thing, it's this, I'm going to bring a massage ball with me because I know that if I get a little tweak in my body, I could turn it around really fast,” |
| 4:49.1 | 32.0s | 28:20.9–28:53.0 | **WeRevive intro.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: werevive-product-studio; product sizzle 13.3–15.2s; product sizzle 15.3–17.9s; tyler-bed-gun; tyler-werevive-shoulder-closeup · Lower third: `lt-gun` | “What I like about a massage gun the most is this, I can lay in bed and watch TV and I can use my massage gun to make my body feel better. It is literally one of the most useful tools that you can have at your disposal, especially if you pair it with some of the knowledge I'm going to share with you today. Because if you do this, then you can go to bed feeling better, you can wake up feeling better and you can have a tool at your disposal that will make your body feel significantly better literally in minutes a day, okay?” |
| 5:21.1 | 33.0s | 30:37.0–31:10.0 | **Why vibration.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “one of the coolest things you can do with a massage device, like a foam roller or a ball, is put vibration into it, all right? So, this particular foam roller, if I turn it on and go like this, you might be able to hear it. I'll put it up against the mic here. It has a vibration in it, okay? And why this is so important, I'm going to turn this off for now, is vibration confuses the nerves around the muscles, makes it so that it's so much less painful, so much more tolerable, and allows your body to ease into that movement significantly faster.” |
| 5:54.1 | 3.0s | — | Chapter card — PART 4 · How to Use Them (the Gentle Way) | Soft A-major pad swell (no voice) |
| 5:57.1 | 10.2s | 29:25.0–29:35.2 | **Rule 1.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: card “q-rule1”; tyler-roll-calf · Lower third: `lt-rule1` | “Let your body set the pace, listen to your body. If you're going to follow along with me, listen to your body. Make sure you can breathe and relax. If you feel your body tense up, back off and ease up. Now,” |
| 6:07.3 | 23.0s | 29:46.0–30:09.0 | **Rule 2.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: card “q-rule2”; webinar demo 32:15.0–32:30.0 (muted, zoom 1.3x); tyler-ball-foot · Lower third: `lt-rule2` | “If you find a spot, you can stick with it for like 30 to 60 seconds. And I want you to rush through this. I want you to go slow. That's the key here. And the goal is when we find those trigger points, when we find those areas of the body that don't feel smooth, we want to wait for the tissue to soften a little. And you'll really feel the difference. You'll feel this, ah, almost like a lump goes, ah, and smooth itself out when you do this right, okay?” |
| 6:30.3 | 35.2s | 31:38.9–32:14.1 | **WeRoll demo: calves.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) · Lower third: `lt-calves` | “So, let's talk about the calves. That's probably a really great place to start. We've got this great shot right here where you can see the calves right here. So, calves are tied on a ton of people, and a foam roller is fantastic. One of my favorite ways to loosen up the calves, all right? Now, if you're a complete beginner, one of the best ways to do this is not to put your whole body weight. You see people doing this kind of thing on there. That's fine after you've been using a foam roller for a while, but in the beginning, that can be way too hard. So, what we're going to do is this. We're going to start kind of close to the ankle with the knee bent, and all you're going to do is go up about two inches and then back down about one inch. You can scoot the butt forward, and all you're going to do is just keep going up two, down one, and that's the goal. Slowly” |
| 7:05.4 | 18.2s | 33:12.8–33:31.0 | **WeRoll rule for any muscle.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “So, all we're going to do with the foam roller on any joint in our body is start at the bottom of that joint, work up, make sure we're not hitting on any bony tissues, go up a couple inches, down one inch, look for those hot spots, breathe and relax, do micro movements in that position until it loosens up.” |
| 7:23.6 | 33.1s | 34:01.9–34:35.0 | **WeRoll demo: thighs.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) · Lower third: `lt-thighs` | “So, for the quads, for the thighs, we want to do the same thing as the calves, but I like to think about the quads in three sections, right? You have the side, you have the middle, and you have the opposite side, all right? And if we roll those independently, then we can really work on loosening up those areas and all the knots in them, right? So, one of my favorite ways to do this, and this is an area that I often get tight, is I'll lay down on my side, I'll grab that foam roller, and I'll put kind of the side of my thigh on there, just like that. And I'll be on my elbows like this, and what I'll do is start by the knee, and I'll roll two inches up, one inch back,” |
| 7:56.6 | 22.9s | 35:01.0–35:24.0 | **Bed / towel option.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “Now, for some people, this already might be excruciating, so I want to tell you that you can do this, you can do this on top of a bed, and the mattress will make the support easier. You can also put a towel on top of the foam roller, and oftentimes that can make it easier. And if I had the vibration on right now, I'm not going to do that, because it's going to make too much noise, but if I had that on right now, that's going to help that muscle loosen up like significantly faster, and for this whole process to feel a lot less painful.” |
| 8:19.6 | 31.0s | 36:59.0–37:30.0 | **WeRelease demo: chair.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) · Lower third: `lt-ballchair` | “I want to show you a different way to do this one in the chair, okay? Because that can be really awesome, too. So if this is too challenging for you on the ground, what you can do is come into a chair, and same thing. Let's pretend your glutes are tight. You just put that thing right underneath your sit bone right there, and you kind of move your body around the chair until you find that hot spot. Same thing, breathe and relax, move from side to side. You can even turn the hip in and out like this. And when you do that and breathe until that muscle loosens up, what you'll notice is, like, pretty immediately, your hip is going to feel so much better.” |
| 8:50.6 | 9.9s | 37:41.0–37:51.0 | **WeRelease demo: feet.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “Putting the ball underneath the arches and working on getting the arches to have more mobility like this can be fantastic, especially when the vibration features on it can feel really good on your feet as well.” |
| 9:00.5 | 47.9s | 38:55.0–39:43.0 | **WeRevive demo: in bed, thigh, hip, calves, traps.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) · Lower third: `lt-gunbed` | “So why I like this the most, though, is because look at this. I can put my hand in here like this. And while I'm laying in bed, I literally do this while laying in bed at night. If my thigh is tight or sore, I just push it on my thigh. I just go up and down like this on top of the thigh. If my hip's feeling tight, I can come to the outside here. I can grind into that hip a little bit, a little bit more. If my calves are feeling tight, I can just put my leg down like this and I can go up and down like this. If my neck and my traps are feeling tight. Now, important caveat here, don't ever put this on top of like your spinal cord or on top of bones, okay? But there's a lot of muscles right here in the traps that can often be really tight. So coming over the top and doing some neck work like this. Oh, there's almost nothing better than doing some neck work like this. You can even hear my voice is changing because I'm doing the real work here.” |
| 9:48.4 | 26.4s | 39:48.0–40:14.4 | **The three-tool routine.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “And the real trick is that when you have all three of these, then you've got the right tools for the job, right? When you need to roll the big areas out, maybe it's your thighs and your calves, you grab your foam roller and you get after it, right? And again, this doesn't have to take very long. You can feel significantly different in like three to five minutes when you want to get into your like hips or your chest or maybe your feet, you grab your ball and you get after it. And then at night before you go to bed or maybe first thing in the morning, you put that” |
| 10:14.8 | 29.9s | 1:17:31.1–1:18:01.0 | **Start on setting one.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) · Lower third: `lt-slow` | “right. So for something like a massage gun, this one has actually, I think, 10 settings. Right. As a 10, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, nine settings. My bad. Right. You don't want to go to setting nine. You want to go to setting one. Okay. And you want to make it real slow and real easy. And when I bring it down on my joint and my leg, I'm just going to rest it real gently. So we want to gradually build up the body's capacity to handle that vibration, that percussion and that soft tissue release. And literally the first session, I want it to feel really comfortable, not too painful.” |
| 10:44.7 | 11.9s | 1:22:48.0–1:22:60.0 | **No floor needed.** Webinar camera (Tyler on set) | “Instead, what we should be doing is we should take the ball and doing it on the chair or on a mattress, right? Because that has a little bit of give to it. So the moment I sit on that ball on the chair of the mattress, now I can do it in a way that feels a lot more comfortable,” |

| 10:59.6 | 38.6s | 44:13.4–44:52.0 | **World shrinks.** B-roll over Tyler's audio: tyler-portrait; product sizzle 9.4–12.0s; card “q-shrink”; tyler-werelease-seated-calf-roll; tyler-roll-quad | “when we don't take care of our bodies and we notice that everything starts to tighten up and we notice ourselves starting to lose our ability to do the things we want to do like walking and going up and down stairs and being able to wake up without tons of pain, your world starts to shrink, right? You stop going for the walks. Maybe you stop going on trips, right? You stop doing the things that you used to love because it doesn't feel good. And movement and stretching is fantastic. You should absolutely do it. But recovery work like this sometimes can be the thing that you can use to unlock your ability to move freely in a way that feels good, okay?” |

I made sure that these are the tools that I actually use in my daily life. We found the best sources for them. We brought them here to make sure that you have the best quality tools available. I found a foam roller that I absolutely love. That's super durable. That has that vibration feature, which makes a huge difference. And I found a gun that feels like the best fit for how you can hold it in your hand, how you can use it across the board. Right. Now, if you price these tools out separately, it would cost you about six hundred and ninety dollars to get all three of these. Plus the bonuses” |

And these three tools can make a huge difference on how you feel in your body.” |

And I walked you through kind of the principles of how to use it today. But when you grab one of those three bundles, one of the biggest things we're doing as a bonus is I'm going to host three live events. Each one of these live events is going to be focused on one of these tools. OK, I'm going to do literally a full live event on the foam roller. I'm going to show you how to use it on every single air of your body. I'm going to show you how to use it on the floor. I'm going to show you how to use it in bed so that you can make sure that no matter what your level is, you'll know exactly how to use your foam roller to get the support you need to feel good again. It's going to be live. You can attend the live. You can ask me questions directly.” |

## 5. Look and feel

- **Brand:** WeShape navy `#0A2150`, blue `#2F6FE4`, cream `#F4F1EB`, white. Gold `#E8B530` / `#F2B632` is reserved for price and call-to-action moments, matching the new gold buy buttons on the page.
- **Type:** Inter 800–900 for headlines and cards, tight tracking. The wordmark is lowercase "we**shape**" with "shape" in blue.
- **Chapter cards (3 s):** navy background, "PART n" pill, large white headline, one-line subtitle, gold underline bar, slow 2–6% push-in, 0.35 s fades.
- **Statement cards (B-roll):** full-frame navy or cream, gold bar, two-line statement with one gold or blue key phrase, "weshape" bottom-left.
- **Lower thirds (≈6 s):** bottom-left navy block with a gold left edge, title plus one-line subtitle. Used for Tyler's name, each product name at its introduction, the rules, and "Start on Setting 1".
- **B-roll photos:** Ken Burns with a 7% zoom that alternates in and out, 2.5–6 s each. Product studio shots sit on a blurred cream fill.
- **Webinar demo footage** is zoomed 1.0–1.3× and framed right to keep the red-light panel out of the shot.
- **Transitions:** 0.2 s dip at each cut, 0.12–0.15 s audio fades. No flashy wipes.

## 6. Audio

- Tyler's voice only. Each clip is loudness-normalized to −16 LUFS (true peak −1.5 dB).
- Cards carry a soft synthesized A-major pad (−30 dB, low-passed) so there is no dead air. Swap in a licensed calm music bed at about −28 dB under the whole piece if the next tool supports it.
- No sound effects.

## 7. Captions

Burn-in is optional. The page player loads `werecover-essentials-intro.vtt` (also `.srt`), generated from word-level timestamps, and shows it by default because many viewers watch muted at first.

## 8. Compliance notes

- No disease or treatment claims. Tyler's own statements stay framed as his experience ("my knee", "I use it").
- The red light story (rotator cuff recovery) is intentionally excluded. It is about a product not in this kit.
- The price is $297 against a $690 value. On screen, savings are always subordinate to the price and never shown as a stand-alone "$393" badge beside it.
- No fake scarcity or deadlines.
- The FDA disclaimer lives on the page under the player.

## 9. Rebuild recipe for another tool

1. Download the master class at 1080p and the 22 s product sizzle.
2. Cut the audio using the Source column above. Every in and out point snaps to a natural pause.
3. For every row that lists B-roll, lay the listed visuals over the audio in order, with photos sharing the remaining time evenly.
4. Add the six chapter cards, the offer card and the end card at the listed times.
5. Add the lower thirds and captions, then export at 1080p30 at about −16 LUFS.

**Ideas a stronger tool could add:**
- A 20–30 s cold open made from the best demo moments with his "feel better in minutes" line.
- A licensed music bed.
- Animated callouts on the knot and fascia explanation.
- A picture-in-picture of Tyler talking during the long B-roll stretches.
- A vertical 9:16 cut for social (3 × 60 s: roller, ball, device).
