WeRoll · Vibrating Roller
Thighs, calves, hips and back. Slow passes with soothing vibration, so a shorter session does more.
Tyler's tip: roll up two inches, back one. Found a tight spot? Stop, breathe, and wait for it to soften.
The three recovery tools Coach Tyler uses every week, plus three live sessions where he shows you exactly how to use them. No gym, no guesswork, and no getting down on the floor required.

"A mentor told me something I've never forgotten: there's no such thing as overtraining. There's only under-recovering."
When your body feels tight, you do the stretches. It helps for an hour, then the ache comes back. So you push harder, and it gets worse.
Here's what's usually going on. Muscles hold on to tension and form knots (trigger points). The thin layer of tissue around them, called fascia, stops gliding the way it used to. Movement starts to feel creaky, stairs feel harder, and it gets easier to skip the walk.
That's how your world starts to shrink. The fix isn't trying harder. It's giving tight tissue the right kind of pressure, for a few minutes a day, so moving feels good again.

That's exactly why this kit comes with chair and bed options, vibration, and three live sessions where Tyler teaches you in real time.
Tyler has had five knee surgeries. He knows what it's like to wake up with a knee that feels "filled with rust." For years the answer was a few stretches and hoping for a better day.
Then he found a better routine: a few minutes of the right pressure on the right spots. Before putting anything in this kit, he tested the options himself (about a dozen foam rollers alone, to find one sturdy enough to hold its vibration under real pressure) and kept only the tools that passed two questions. Do I use it every week? Would I give it to my mom or my kids?
These three passed. They're the tools he reaches for every week, and often every day.

This isn't three random gadgets in a box. It's one system, and each piece has a job.

Feet, neck, shoulders, hips and hands: the specific spots a roller bridges right over. Palm-sized and precise.
Tyler's tip: hips too tender on the floor? Sit on it in a chair instead. "If I could only pack one thing, it's this."

Gentle percussion that does the work from your chair or bed. The loop handle means you don't need a strong grip to reach your back and legs.
Tyler's tip: start on setting one, go light, and keep it on muscle, never on bone or your spine.
Two minutes of rolling before the day, so the day starts looser
A minute of percussion on whatever worked hardest
The massage device in bed, or the ball on one stubborn spot
Most people use recovery tools wrong. They go straight into pain, their body tenses up, and the tool goes in a closet. Here's the right way.
Find a pressure where you can still breathe and relax. If your body braces, ease up. A spot going from a 9 to an 8 is still a win.
When you find a tight spot, stay with it. Breathe, make tiny movements, and wait for the tissue to soften. You'll feel it let go.
Use the roller on your mattress, the ball in a chair, and the massage device in bed. Build up gradually over the first few weeks.
The kit is built on two simple, well-studied ideas: gentle pressure releases soft tissue, and vibration makes it comfortable enough to do every day.

Every muscle is wrapped in fascia. Over the years it can feel stiff and stuck, which is often why bending, reaching and turning feel harder than they used to. A few minutes of slow, gentle pressure helps that tissue let go.
Published study · MacDonald et al., 2013
Study fact: participants measurably increased knee range of motion after just two minutes of foam rolling, without any loss of muscle strength.1

Pressing on tight spots works, but it's tiring and it can be tender. Vibration changes that. Most people find pressure feels more comfortable with vibration, so you can stay with a stubborn spot long enough for it to let go.
Study fact: in a randomized controlled trial, adding vibration to rolling produced greater changes in range of motion and pressure tolerance than rolling alone.2
"The problem I have is that nobody walks you through how to use these tools." Most companies ship you a box and disappear. We refuse to do that.

Head to toe with your WeRoll: feet, calves, thighs and glutes, plus more mobility for your upper back. On the floor and in bed.

Tyler's favorite ways to reach the stubborn spots with your WeRelease ball, area by area: on the ground, in a chair, or with just your hands.

The whole session happens from your bed. Learn how to use WeRevive across your body to relax and let go of tension. No floor, no effort.

No, and this matters to us. You can use the roller on your bed, the ball in a chair or against a table, and WeRevive works entirely from your chair or bed. Every guided video includes chair, wall, bed and floor options.
That's exactly why Coach Tyler is hosting three live sessions, one for each tool, showing you how to use it on every part of your body at your level. You'll keep the replays, and each tool comes with its own guided video system.
It shouldn't. Tyler's rule is to find a pressure where you can still breathe and relax. Start the massage device on its lowest setting, use softer surfaces like a bed, and build up gradually. The vibration in the roller and ball makes pressure feel more comfortable.
Five to ten minutes covers a full routine, and even a minute or two on one tight spot can change how the next few hours feel. It's designed for real life, not a training schedule.
Please check with your doctor first. Tyler's general rules: stay on muscle, never on bone, joints or your spine, start on the lightest setting, and back off if your body braces. The live sessions include gentle options for every level.
